These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Papitogel ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "Member") who accesses or uses the online gaming and sports betting services available at https://papitogel.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

Papitogel operates as an English-language online gaming platform primarily targeting adult users in Malaysia. Our services include but are not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, and related interactive entertainment services accessible via desktop and mobile browsers.

By registering an account with papitogel or by continuing to use the Platform after any amendments to these Terms are posted, you are deemed to have accepted all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Papitogel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with papitogel, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction applies without exception. Papitogel strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your own capacity, and not as an agent, officer, or representative of any corporate or commercial entity for betting purposes.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not expressly prohibited by applicable law. Users in Prohibited Territories are not permitted to register or place bets.
• You must not currently hold another active papitogel account. Each person may maintain only one account. Opening a second account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number. Deliberately providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or associate of papitogel, nor a family member of any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained.

Papitogel reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure or refusal to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your account.

4.1 Registration Process

To register an account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform with accurate personal details. You will be required to create a unique username and a strong password. Papitogel recommends using a password that is not used on any other website or service.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Papitogel will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made via your account login.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. Papitogel accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4.3 Account Currency

All papitogel accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. No foreign currency accounts are offered on this Platform.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Papitogel reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of RM 10 per month to dormant accounts once the dormancy period has been met, until the balance reaches zero. Members will be notified by email prior to the application of such fees.

By using the papitogel Platform, you agree to comply with the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial purpose or on behalf of a third party.
• You will not attempt to access, hack, manipulate, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform, its software, databases, or servers.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the Platform, harvest data, or gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• You will not engage in chip dumping, match fixing, collusion, or any other form of dishonest play.
• You will not use the Platform to engage in, facilitate, or assist with any money laundering, fraud, or financially criminal activity.
• You will not post, transmit, or share any content through the Platform that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.
• You acknowledge that papitogel's games are powered by certified RNG systems, and the outcome of all games is determined by these systems without external influence.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Papitogel accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Additional methods may be introduced or removed at papitogel's discretion.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. As a general guideline, the minimum deposit via e-wallet is RM 50 and the maximum single bank transfer transaction is RM 500,000. VIP members may be subject to higher limits as agreed with their account manager.

6.3 Processing Times

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are generally credited instantly. Bank transfers via FPX may take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are subject to blockchain confirmation and typically take 15–30 minutes. Withdrawal processing times follow a similar pattern, with e-wallet withdrawals typically completed within 5–30 minutes during normal operating conditions.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being met: (a) your KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) any wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been fulfilled; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money balance; (d) your account is in good standing with no active disputes or restriction notices. Papitogel reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending additional verification where fraud or policy violation is suspected.

Papitogel offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the following general conditions:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. Papitogel reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
2. Each promotion has a specified wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
3. Bonus funds are forfeited if an account is closed or self-excluded before wagering requirements are satisfied.
4. Papitogel reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings where abuse of the bonus system is identified, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, collusion, exploitation of software errors, and low-risk bet hedging strategies designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements.
5. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering conversion process.
6. Papitogel may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on the Platform.

All bets placed on papitogel are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, as displayed on the Platform at the time of wagering. In addition, the following general rules apply to all gaming activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Papitogel does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, pricing, or market settlement — papitogel reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• Sports markets are settled in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies. For football markets, including EPL and Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, results are settled based on the score at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time), unless otherwise specified.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and system confirmation. Bets submitted but not confirmed before a market is suspended or closed will be voided and stakes returned.
• Papitogel reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any bet, game, or market, at any time and without prior notice.
• Winnings from slot games are calculated based on the certified RTP of each title. Game outcomes are determined by a certified and independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content; (b) modify or create derivative works; (c) use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform; or (d) frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, papitogel, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Papitogel makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for connectivity issues, hardware failures, or third-party service disruptions that may affect your access to or experience on the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations on liability for consequential or incidental damages are not permitted, papitogel's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

Papitogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies.
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Multiple account registration or misuse of the referral or bonus system.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Underage gambling or failure to satisfy age verification requirements.
• User-initiated account closure or self-exclusion request.

Upon closure of an account, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will generally be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to verification and applicable deductions. Papitogel reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation in cases of suspected policy violation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operational jurisdiction of papitogel. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial written notice, either party may escalate the matter through binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause shall limit papitogel's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in connection with breaches of intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or security-related matters.

Papitogel reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
